- The security of account credentials is the responsibility of the user and the organization.
- Proper configuration of role-based authorization is ensured by organizational management.
- Unauthorized access attempts, system tampering, and identity impersonation are strictly prohibited.
- In situations posing a security risk, Callmenta may temporarily restrict the relevant account.
3) Unacceptable Use
The following behaviors constitute a breach of agreement:
- Illegal transactions, spam, fraud, or third-party rights violations.
- Uploading malicious code, blocking services, or intentionally degrading performance.
- Reverse engineering, copying the platform, or unauthorized commercial use.
- Data processing activities violating data privacy, KVKK, or applicable regulations.
4) Data Processing and Privacy
Data processing is governed by KVKK and applicable regulations. For privacy principles and data ownership details, the Privacy Policy applies. The customer declares that data uploaded to the platform is lawful.
5) Service Level and Changes
Callmenta may add, update, or remove features to continuously improve its services. Scheduled maintenance and critical changes are announced within a reasonable timeframe. Emergency changes due to technical requirements may be applied without prior notice.
6) Pricing and Commercial Terms

7) Intellectual Property Rights
All code, design, trademarks, documentation, content, and digital assets belonging to the platform are the property of Callmenta. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sublicensed without written permission.

Callmenta provides its services within the framework of legal obligations and commercial reasonableness. Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, or third-party disruptions is assessed within the limits of applicable law and contractual terms.
