In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Thusonal Data and applicable regulations, your conversations conducted through the Callmenta call center, as the data controller, may be processed for the following purposes:
- Fulfilling your product and service requests,
- Conducting support and operational processes,
- Carrying out sales and proposal activities,
- Measuring customer satisfaction,
- Conducting training and quality improvement activities
may be processed for these purposes.
In this context, your personal data:
- Enabling you to benefit from the services offered by our company,
- Management of operational processes by our relevant business units,
- Improving our service quality and developing training activities,
- Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial security of our company and customers
is processed within the scope of personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
Where necessary, your personal data may be transferred in compliance with applicable legislation, in a limited manner and related to the purpose, to:
- Our business partners,
- Our suppliers,
- Legally authorized public institutions and organizations,
- Domestic and international infrastructure providers from whom we receive services
may be transferred.
Your personal data is collected electronically through the call center and is processed based on the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
Your Rights Under Data Protection Law
As a personal data subject, your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 include:
- Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
- Requesting information if your data has been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or internationally,
- Requesting correction if your data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Requesting deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions stipulated by the Law,
- Objecting to any adverse outcome resulting from analysis of your data by automated systems,
- Requesting compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing of your data.

You may submit your requests regarding these rights via info@callmenta.com. Callmenta will evaluate and conclude your requests within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. While no fee is charged for requests in principle, tariffs determined by the Thusonal Data Protection Board may apply.
